Studio Policies

Cash, debit cards, and all major credit cards are accepted.
A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to book all appointments.
Your deposit will be applied toward your service total, with the remaining balance due at the end of your appointment.

Please arrive without additional guests unless previously discussed.
The studio is a cozy space, & with the wax warmers running, it can become very warm with extra people in the room.

Please arrive on time for your appointment.
Late arrivals may need to be rescheduled or canceled if there isn't enough time to complete your service.
Most appointments are scheduled for 15–20 minutes, so arriving late may affect your service.

Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled up to 48 hours before your appointment.
You can make changes using the confirmation email or text you received when booking.
Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 48 hours will forfeit the 50% deposit.

Please communicate if something comes up, I completely understand that life happens!
Clients who do not show up without notice will be charged the remaining balance (100% of the scheduled service).
Future appointments cannot be booked until any outstanding balance has been paid.

If the card on file is declined for a cancellation or no-show fee, an invoice will be sent to the email on file.
Outstanding invoices must be paid before booking any future appointments.

Payment Reminders
Payment reminders are sent during the week your payment is due.
Failed Payments
If your card on file is declined:
A $5 late fee will be added to your outstanding balance.
Your package may be paused until payment is received.
Repeated failed payments may result in your package being canceled.
